It's probably fine, although more explicit mention of how it relates to debate couldn't hurt. (I added a quick section.)

Also, as a general note, source links aren't critical for most things - they're nice, but don't worry about it if they're slowing you down too much (unless it's a direct quote, of course.)

SO MUCH CONTENT YAY :D

I feel like everything I do on the wiki causes you to spend more time editing/rewriting/adding than it took me to write up the original thing.

And... the links are because I had to google it to figure out what it was to begin with, so I had them anyway. :P

LOL. I just enjoy expanding preexisting articles; most of the time it's not because it "needs fixing" or anything, I just read it and go "ooh, I should add such-and-such". I write pretty fast, anyway.

His propensity to do this has made me quite lazy. "Daniel will fix it, I'm sure."

I have prevailed! There are now... a lot of new pages... due to my heroic efforts and ability to rephrase the content on club webpages!

I missed one day, though. :/ But I think I put up 8 or 9 pages without resorting to writing about myself, cause that would've been boring. "Veronica is an alumnus who never won any awards more exciting than a piece of wood with a green check mark on it. She was fully satisfied with her career because she had fun. She still hasn't decided what to do with the rest of her life." :P

Huzzah! A smashing success, if I may say so myself. We really filled in a lot of major articles.

I'll get all the awards and special whatnots sorted out shortly...

Winners
Prepare your Eternal Fame and Glory - completing the challenge are:
  • Bee
  • Dibbles
  • Evan
  • Kare
  • The Pumaman

The following participants completed the Gold Tier Challenge, and receive a special Gold Banner of Awesomeness:
  • Dibbles
  • Evan

And, completing the Team Challenge is the illustrious duo of Kare and Dibbles!

Special recognition to Highlander and Mr Glasses, who did not officially complete the challenge, but still made some great contributions!

Some random special awards, just for fun
The Hypothetically Platinum Trophy: Dibbles, for writing - in addition to many other excellent articles - numerous detailed and much-needed rule summaries for speech events.

The DataHero Award: The Pumaman, for his ongoing and monumental work uploading tournament results. (You would not believe how hard it can be to find archives of that information when you're trying to, say, compile a high school transcript three years later...)

So what's next?
It's likely that we'll do this again at some point. In the meantime, feel free to keep contributing! If you learn something interesting from a discussion on the forums, consider adding it to the wiki. That's what it's there for - to collect encyclopedic knowledge on anything homeschool speech & debate competitors might want to know.

P.S. Badges are up (on wiki userpages, I haven't had time to look into other media.) Feel free to stick stuff in your signature or whatever.

Hooray! Congratulations to all who got awards, and big thanks to MSD for facilitating not only this challenge but also his tireless efforts in keeping the HSD wiki top-notch. :)
