Okay, so this year, like it or not, there is going to be a bunch of Justice values, and how "My way achieves justice" but is this the actual goal?
My personal thought is two-fold on the entire justice and the resolution.
1) Justice is not a solid measurement: The issue with justice is that we have no earthly idea what justice is. All we have is this vague concept of giving every man his due. What is a man due? If I chop off your hand, should I compensate you by chopping my hand off, or by paying you a large amount of $ to compensate for you for what you could have done with the hand?
2) The resolution is actually asking us "In the pursuit of justice" : Since we are in the pursuit of justice, and not asked "To achieve justice," we should be looking at what we ought to value when pursuing justice, therefore our methods may not ALWAYS obtain justice.
"Let me put it this way. Have you ever heard of Plato, Aristotle, Socrates?.......[they're] Morons."
