So I guess now our best bet is to get all the Tri-Force pieces to one person(probably Evan) and then use the ultra-kill on Hammy?
And are any evil characters still alive?
We don't think we need to use the ultra-kill to take down Hammy. If the only way to defeat Demise was to use the Triforce Kill, then the game would be rigged against the Neutral faction. The only way to get the Triforce pieces is to kill the player that is each Triforce piece. But the win condition for the Triforce Pieces is to have one of them alive at the end of the game. The WCs for the Good and Neutral teams cannot be mutually exclusive, or the balance of the game falls apart and the Neutral team is forced to ally with evil, making them not, in fact, neutral. If our WC (defeating all the Mafia) requires killing all the Triforce pieces, and the Triforce pieces' WC is surviving, then our WCs are mutually exclusive, and as such throws the balance of the game completely off, giving the Mafia the guarantee cooperation of the Neutral team. It would be unfair and unwise for Hammy to set up the WCs in that way. Thus, we think it unlikely that the only way to take down Hammy is to use the Triforce Kill. We're working on other angles. Hopefully we're right about this, or we'll need to have a talk with Hammy about game mechanics.
We don't think there are any other evil characters, no. Because Hammy gave Johnny the role of The Horde as one player, he essentially rolled the entire evil team into three entities: Demise, Ghirahim, and all their minions (The Horde).
There are 5 players remaining, plus Hammy. They are:

I know the claimed identity of all five of these people, and can confirm with 100% certainty the identity of three of them (myself included). Barring an evil conversion, which I think unlikely given the lore of the game, I think we can safely assume that Hammy is the only remaining Mafia.
