Don't know if anyone's mentioned it, I haven't read through the thread. Incog edited the OP of the league mafia game for "fixing tags." I didn't see anything s/he actually changed

We have nothing and I'll be away from my computer until after 8:00. So I'll protect CalebAshley Because he is an invaluable asset that shouldn't die. And if that isn't allowed I'll protect Fishyfish instead because she is a fish.

I'm extending the phase because I forgot to update the title and don't want people upset at me. You have until Sat at 8pm EDT.

According to Incognito's profile he's 30. Not sure if that means anything but it is worth mentioning.

Opposite Way has died. That was quite sad--Evan mentioned his name, but no one protected him.

(Leland Stottlemeyer -> Leeland -> Google Search -> Opposite Way)

Laplace considers this user to be "the master of us all."

You have until Tuesday evening.

Has anyone guessed anorton? I think it'd be worth a shot...based on writing style and knowledge and such. I've already used up one of my guesses...so maybe someone else (cough andrew cough justin) could give it a shot?

Ok, fine--That was too easy. I'm going to end the phase now because there's no point in waiting two days for you guys to do nothing. nayrb lives!

My next victim started a thread that devolved into floccinaucinihilipilification rather rapidly.

No clue what to do about the...well, clue...but I just noticed that Incog likes to use two dashes after some words. Like "fine--" Doesn't anorton do this? He's a good candidate IMO.

Yeah I've been picking up on this also. In fact, I'm going to go ahead and (possibly foolishly) submit a second accusation. Accusing anorton.

Yep, I am anorton. Good job! I guess I wasn't the most difficult incog in the world, but at least I did get MSD to resurrect the account.

Next victim would have been Gumbo Soup; in reading the entirety of Ask Leanne, I stumbled upon a post where Jacob Dean (IIRC) used that word to describe the current state of the thread.

As to identity clues:
Look back at the first character of each of my victim's names. :) I finally ran out of letters, so this would have been the first victim that doesn't follow the pattern.
My avatar has the initials "MCE" in the corner; my real avatar is a drawing by M.C. Escher, also with MCE in the corner.
I signed my most recent post with a double slash, which is something possibly unique to me.

First one to PM gets the password.

@Caleb: Next clue would have been something like "These two users are drinking buddies." (Yes, I'm not beyond attempting to kill two in a phase.)

//Andrew

Just wanted to say... having pseudo-mod permissions is awesome! :D Makes me want to host a mafia game or something. (I did actually fix Locutus' post, too.)

Whoever has the Incognito account has the duty to start this game at the earliest opportunity. I'm bored :P. But really, when will the next game start?

The account may or may not have changed hands twice, and I may or may not be trying to plot a game now. :)
