Secular homeschooling isn't really a thing.

Joshey, that's not really true, initially it started as a hippie thing, actually :)

But no, I'm not aware of any secular speech and debate leagues really anywhere to be honest.

Depending on your state laws, you can probably compete in UIL/NFLNSDA as an independent.

We have a state circuit here in Texas called TFA.

Statistically it is true. To be fair, secular numbers are growing stronger, but a good 80% out of 1.5 million cite religious reasons for homeschooling. That leaves around 300k secular homeschoolers in America. Considering that a tiny fraction of Christian homeschoolers do speech and debate the odds of a purely secular league getting started is incredibly slim.

I know of several homeschoolers who competed in (what was) the NFL. Not sure if that's changed or not with the NSDA.

Work through the public schools. You can actually choose classes from them (I mean band or art and stuff like that) pretty easily. I bet they would let you in if you asked. GL

So it is a thing, just a small thing ;)

This is highly dependent on the state in which you are located. In our state, homeschoolers may not take any classes of any type through the public schools.
